Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and coordination to ensure smooth project delivery and long-term client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other strategic channels

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate project execution

  • Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems

  • Support senior sales team members in proposal preparation and pre-sales activities

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely updates


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

  • 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or pre-sales (management consulting or services industry preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation activities

  • Ability to understand client needs and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn outreach


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales or consulting services

  • Exposure to international client handling

  • Familiarity with sales funnels and pipeline management
